Privacy Policy

• Account details, your email address and, if you provide it, your name. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Subscription data you enter, service names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, and notes.
• Billing information, when you subscribe to Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your plan status, never your card details.
• Bank statement imports, CSV files are parsed entirely in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded to our servers. Only the subscriptions you choose to save are stored.

We use your data to provide the service: to show your dashboard, analytics, reminders, and AI insights, and to manage your account and plan. We never sell your personal data.

• Supabase, database, authentication, and file storage (hosted in Singapore).
• Vercel, application hosting.
• Groq, generates AI summaries from your subscription names, categories and amounts when you request one. This is sent only at that moment and not used to train Groq's models.
• Resend, sends renewal reminder emails (if enabled).
• Stripe, processes card payments and subscriptions. We never see or store your card details.
• Telegram, if you connect it, we store your Telegram chat ID to send renewal reminders there.
• Sentry, receives diagnostic error reports (no subscription contents) to help us fix problems.
• open.er-api.com, public exchange-rate data for currency conversion (no personal data is sent).
• Analytics, we use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand how the product is used. These record privacy-preserving usage events (such as page views and feature actions) tied only to an internal account identifier, never your email, name, subscription details, or financial amounts.

Your data is protected by row-level security, so you can only ever access your own records. Connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.

You can edit or delete your subscriptions at any time from within the app. You can export all of your data as a JSON file from Settings at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself from Settings. This also cancels any active Pro subscription. We keep your data only for as long as your account exists, and once you delete it, it is removed. If you need help, contact us at the email below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
